An Effective Alternative
to Physical Therapy

Many people believe the source of their pain is arthritis, bursitis, or some other degenerative condition causing joint pain.  Many people experience neck pain, shoulder pain, back or low back pain, hip pain, groin pain, knee pain, elbow pain, or hand, wrist, foot or ankle pain.  Some people believe they may be experiencing bone pain.  Many people suffer needlessly from debilitating headaches and migraines or TMJ.  Some people suffer from fibromyalgia or from pain caused by internal or external scars or scarring.  In most cases the problem is actually due to muscle spasm or myofascial restrictions.

Dr. Casey can provide a very significant amount of relief to individuals with these types of conditions through manual therapy.

Dr. Casey's practice consists of medical massage, rehabilitative massage, and deep tissue massage in combination with the use of complementary natural therapies.  Her therapeutic massage techniques include myofascial therapy, intuitive gentle and deep tissue work, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral & craniofacial balancing, Ortho-Bionomy and subtle joint unwinding, among others.
